A Local Gem in Cacilhas with a Stunning Waterfront View
We had an absolutely amazing stay! The apartment is beautiful, but what really stood out was how immaculately clean and well-stocked it was. Brad and Mat have clearly thought of everything you might need for cooking and cleaning. The location in Cacilhas is perfect; it was such a breath of fresh air to be away from the heavy tourist crowds and live among the locals, yet it’s still incredibly easy to get into the city. To top it all off, the view over the water is simply stunning and was the highlight of our mornings. Thank you, Brad and Mat, for being such kind and thoughtful hosts. We truly loved the vibe here and can’t recommend it enough!
Dream place to stay...
We had an awesome stay at the condo. The inside was a dream place to stay. Everything was nice and clean and tastefully decorated. We enjoyed the sunset and the bottle of wine was a great bonus. Communication was very easy and responses came very timely. I’d love to stay there again. This was an awesome experience.

This Airbnb was our personal highlight in Lisbon. Location: A top location with a beautiful view both day and night. Plus, it was very easy to get to the ferry, which runs regularly and seems to go on until late at night. Cleanliness: There really wasn't a single thing to complain about. Everything was very clean and well-maintained. Amenities: Everything you could possibly need was there; far more towels were provided than we used, and all the electronics were great. Host: Brad deserves six stars; I've never had a host who responded so quickly and precisely. We even joked about it afterward and always called him BradGPT :) All of his recommendations turned out to be absolute gems. Conclusion: If you have the chance to book this Airbnb, don't even bother looking any further, just do it!
Incredible View & Highly Sought After – We Felt Lucky to Book!
We had a wonderful stay and truly couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay. We felt incredibly lucky to secure our dates, as this place is clearly highly sought after and for good reason. The apartment, and especially that incredible view, is even more stunning in person than in the photos. Everything was impeccably clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with plenty of space and high-quality amenities. It was absolutely worth every second of our time there. ​Brad was exceptionally kind and responsive, making the check-in process effortless. The location is perfect: a quiet, safe neighborhood just a 7-minute ferry ride from the city center. We will definitely return and highly recommend this home!
A great place to stay to enjoy Portugal
We had a great time, such a perfect place to stay! The hosts were proactive in addressing issues that came up, which were brief. Brad was happy to help answer any questions we had. The three little streets next to ours in Almada felt like our little village, complete with church bells and great restaurants with friendly staff. Sunrise over the ferry and church from the bedrooms, and sunset behind the bridge and river on the balcony. The area feels vibrant, authentic, and historic all at once. The location and views from the apartment let you take all of it in without even leaving. Do note that there is a half-flight of stairs before the elevator, and another half after the elevator. The walk down to the ferry is short and a bit steep. We took it slow and it became a nightly after-dinner exercise that we miss now. We hope to have the opportunity to stay here again.

New accommodation with elevator. Although the building looks older from the outside, the apartment is newly renovated. The staircase and elevator have also been renovated. You can walk to the ferry in 5 minutes and be in the heart of Lisbon within 10 minutes. Fantastic sunset that you can see from the balcony. From the bedroom, you can see a fantastic sunrise in the morning. 100% recommended.

absolutely perfect stay! the apartment was spotless, beautifully designed, and comfortable. the location couldn’t have been better—everything was within easy reach, making the whole experience super convenient. logistics were smooth and completely hassle‑free. communication was unbelievably fast and always helpful. honestly, it doesn’t get any better than this. highly recommended!
THE VIEW IS BREATHTAKING!
This apartment was the absolute perfect home base for our first visit to Portugal! THE VIEW IS BREATHTAKING. Pictures don’t do it justice. There was nothing better than a glass of wine on the balcony at sunset after a long day of touring Lisbon. So quiet and peaceful! The location is amazing for convenience . We could easily hop on the ferry and be in downtown Lisbon in minutes. Best part was the local feel of the area around the apartment- authentic seafood restaurants that were out of this world! And yes, the ad is accurate: we were on a beautiful beach in about 15 minutes! The host made the whole experience so easy and smooth. I’d score the hosts alone a 10/10. The apartment itself was super clean, comfortable and had all the thoughtful touches and amenities. It would be perfect for a longer stay. Our two night stay was not nearly long enough and we will absolutely be back! If you’re after an authentic local experience, this is definitely your vibe!
