Book Direct & Save: Unlike Airbnb, we don’t require 100% payment upfront. We offer a tiered payment plan to make your trip planning effortless:
- Standard Bookings (90+ Days Out): Secure your dates with a 50% deposit today. Pay a 25% milestone at the 90-day mark, and the final 25% balance just 30 days before arrival.
- Priority Bookings (Within 90 Days): Secure your dates with a 75% deposit today, with the final 25% balance due 30 days before arrival.
Flexible Cancellation Peace of Mind: We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel more than 30 days before your arrival, we will refund 50% of all payments made to date. Within 30 days of arrival, bookings are non-refundable.
